Palmetto Surety acknowledges agents who achieve the standards to become Certified Agents.
The Certified Agency Program was created to demonstrate to the bail industry that we can raise our standards and create accountability. I have tried many ways to get laws passed and I have spoken positively to outside officials about our role in the justice systems and this program will give me the tools to show others what agents actually do and how commercial bail should truly work. I will make certain that agents in this program receive acknowledgement for their efforts through publications to government entities. Thank you again for demonstrating how we can be held accountable.

– Status with DOI and Palmetto Surety
If you would like to become certified or feel you already meet these requirements, please contact Palmetto Surety. Certified Agencies information and their standards will be promoted in events and postings by Palmetto Surety throughout the states. Once your company is deemed Certified, Palmetto Surety will provide your company with a window decal. This certification will be renewed annually.
