Indiana new bail rules

WSTB 22, a CBS affiliate, reported on a decision made by the Indiana Supreme Court regarding bail.

In a report by Patrick Roth he stated “Under the new rule, anyone arrested that “does not present a substantial risk of flight or danger to themselves or others,” should be released without bail except when charged with murder, or if arrested on a separate charge while already out on bail or probation or parole”.
