Palmetto Surety is proud to announce our Palmetto Certified Agency Program. This program was started to acknowledge those agents who meet requirements which will lead the future in the bail industry. Court and State Officials are looking to us to raise the standards of commercial bail. The certification program shows everyone who is working hard to follow these standards. If you are interested in becoming a certified or feel you are meeting these requirements, please contact our office. Certified Agencies information and their quality of standards will be promoted in events and postings by Palmetto Surety. Once your company is deemed Certified, Palmetto Surety will provide your company with a Certified Agency Plaque. This certification are renewed annually.
Requirements:
Maintain Electronic Database that keeps internal control of powers, defendants and risk control.
